This company is a fraud! Don’t stand behind their product. Customer service gives you the run around. Tried getting return address after 6 emails, they finally provided it. Attempted to return product only to have it go to Chicago to customs and come back to me. No free returns, postage costs $40.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I’d buy these if I could find some good reviews. The reviews basically say they don’t work, The reviews say you can forget about customer service. The reviews say the their return policy is worthless. I had really high hopes to try these out. It looks like they really need to get their act together. They have a great concept that would be a game changer for many people, to bad they HA’d it. TYPICAL WHEN STUFF COMES FROM CHINA.
I just received the OW17 hearing aids. At first I didn’t like them, and they do have some issues, but they are comfortable to wear. I am going to keep these as they are better than putting something in the air canal. The bluetooth works like a charm for tv and music and phone calls. I have good experience in certain environments and less good and others, but overall they are satisfactory. I was not able to use the Mearsun app because like other people here, I could not get into it. There was no provision for setting up an account. I think this company needs to work on some of these issues.
I was excited to order these, hoping they would help my moderate hearing loss. When I tried to fit them using using the provided fitting device, tye 6,000 and 8,000 hz Chanel’s have zero volume! The only sound I can hear is a scratching noise when I rub my finger across the microphone! There ad says 100 day risk- free trial, one year year extended warranty, plus free shipping and returns, but, when you finally get them to agree to accept a return, they insist on you paying the return shipping cost! USPS cost is $70, but they can only offer tracking as far as customs. UPS can track to delivery point ([as their return policy requires) but it costs $400. Additionally, they asked me to declare the value for Customs as only $20, because it would make it easier to clear Customs! This is not only unethical, but illegal, and cause you too be fined and/ or arrested! Please do not buy this product!

The instructions are poorly written and I couldnt get the app to work.
Using the provided electronics, the hearing aids did not work.
I requested a refund and was provided in incomplete mailing address (no postal code)
When I finally got the postal code and mailed the unit back (cost $70 with USPS) the unit has been sitting after passing through customs for over a month. USPS claims the address is incorrect but Mearsun claims the address is correct. Mearsun promised a refund credited to my account, within 5 days, but it has been weeks with no refund.
These guys are a complete fraud
