How to Initiate a Return

Prepare Your Shipment: Securely pack the item. Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the package to ensure swift processing.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and confirm the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full product price paid. The original shipping cost will not be deducted.
