The product was received in good condition. Nice packaging! After charging, it was time to try it out. The directions were not that good; they were heard to read and some difficulty understanding. I read and watched the videos a few times. After doing the settings with the app, I put them on and the sound was better than my in ear hearing aids. I have gone through the settings twice now. I would like to have the sound louder but the volume doesn't get loud enough for certain conversations. I will try adjusting again. But overall I like them better that my in ear hearing aid!

This is perfect for my hearing loss. It boosted my right ear in crowds. It also is good to answer calls. I can hear the caller and still know what is going on around me.

The hearing aid came promptly and functioned well. As most people with severe hearing loss, it does not help much for ambient sound/conversation but is helpful with phone conversations. The top 3 frequencies in the adjustment I could not hear at all even at their highest setting. They are completely lost in my hearing. This is a nice device and works well for the price. Since it will help me with phone conversations I have no regrets in buying it.

I like my MES_E100 hearing aid, it is relatively affordable and easy to use. I am totally def in my right ear. The accessory microphone has proven especially useful to me as I can locate the microphone on my impaired side and have a conversation. This is especially helpful while driving. I like not having a hearing aid in my ear canal. It is more comfortable for me and helps with situational awareness. It is nice not having all sounds go through the hearing aid. The Mearsun hearing aid is comfortable to wear but can get a little uncomfortable with all day use. It is still way better than a in-ear hearing aid. Overall am happy with my purchase and hope my Mearsun hearing aid lasts a long time.

Great product. I can finally hear out of my left ear. Has been 20 plus years

4 stars only because I have not used the F1 microphone yet. I find them to be great as a Bluetooth device, but I’m not sure the hearing aid works like I had hoped. If someone whispered in my left ear, which I have loss 60% of my hearing,,,,I thought I would hear the whispering. I’m still figuring out the self fitting, and would review again if that changes

I have a problem wearing in the ear hearing aids. I also do not like my eats blocked from outside sounds. Mearsun hearing aids are both comfortable andyou are able to hear natural sounds

The product works in conjunction with my hearing aids. I seem to have multiple causes of my hearing loss. I have both a conduction factor and sinus issues.

My hearing loss is on a narrow band. These allow me to hear better in louder situations. If I wear ear plugs and only rely on the aids, they have a tendency to emit reverb noise. They are great for bluetooth music or radio and I can still hear and talk having to turmoil them off

Device works as I hoped. Does not itch or fall off. Instructions not good. Had to go to internet & chat to get it working. It does help me hear better than very expensive ones I gave away.

first they need to be not as flexable, right side is ok left not so good of fit. sound is ok would be better if they fit tighter password didnt work.

So easy to program. I can keep various profiles to match different environments.
Comfortable to wear, easy to keep charged. They will adapt to any future hearing deterioration or change.

The product has a good bit of squelching. It is very comfortable to wear and the costumer service is fantastic!

I chose bone conducting because just amplifying sounds doesn't help with my middle ear damage hearing loss. I also dudlike the in-ear designs because they exclude all ambient sounds. Mearsun works well for me. I just wish the instructions were a bit more user friendly, and in larger typeface.

I am very happy with the Mearsun Bone Conduction Hearing Aid. No background noise. Previously I had hearing aids that were inserting in the ear.
They had high background noise and were uncomfortable to wear. The Mearsun Bone Conduction Hearing Air blue tooth connection to my phone is great.

The Mearsun Hearing Aid is well made and functioned as advertised as audio headphones, but unfortunately did not help my wife's particular hearing problem. Customer support was great in walking us through setup and operation, but in the end, we decided to request a refund which was processed in a timely manner.

Product took a while to arrive, so if you are wanting for particular date order early.... limited instructions, had to read a few times to figure the set up.. oh forget the app... it is not in English, the app from the QR code will NOT download. Play store has one,,, then again you need an account to open the app. Will not accept a phone number from the USA.. but finally able to set up and really works very well.
I am useing it as a hearing aid, not as an extension of my phone.

I’ve been using these for the last week and they are fantastic. I’ve gotta say I love not having something shoved in my ear hole and these are great. They work fantastic with my iPhone and I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and easy to get set up

My hearing started to deteriorate after a bout of Menier's disease which also left me with tinnitus. I started to find it hard to hear all of a conversation in a group of people or on the TV. I was much surprised and pleased to find that listening to audio books or music on bone conduction headphones was no problem and I did not miss anything. I sought advice from a hearing consultant and audiologist who confirmed a loss of hearing at higher frequencies but said this was due to the loss of small hairs or damaged nerves in the inner ear and that bone conduction would not help. These expensive experts were wrong. My hearing is greatly improved at modest cost by the Mearsun bone conduction hearing aids. I can only assume that I have damage behind my ear drum - which may have filled with fluid as it gurgles and pops sometimes. Anyway, these aids work very well for me at a fraction of the cost of the experts recommendations which were less helpful.

I have been using the mearsun hearing aid for two weeks so far and I am still playing with the setup but I am very pleased with the results so far. The instructions are rather slim but the company was quick to respond to my questions and help my understanding. They certainly are an improvement over my previous hearing aids and I look forward getting them set up for my situation.

Get a lot of background noise. Need help with pairing to my phone. Also don't understand how to personalize headset to my hearing. Please help.
