  Beware of Mearsun!!!
  The instructions are poorly written and I couldnt get the app to work.
  Using the provided electronics, the hearing aids did not work.
  I requested a refund and was provided in incomplete mailing address (no postal code)
  When I finally got the postal code and mailed the unit back (cost $70 with USPS) the unit has been sitting after passing through customs for over a month. USPS claims the address is incorrect but Mearsun claims the address is correct. Mearsun promised a refund credited to my account, within 5 days, but it has been weeks with no refund.

  These guys are a complete fraud

  Terrible customer service and this company will not honor their return policy. Do not buy this product!
