I agree. Someone who actually speaks English would be an improvement. Also, where does the security code go when trying to set up the app? Is it a text or an email? The video left a LOT of questions unanswered.

I would recommend using a native English speaker for the video. Some of it is difficult to understand, especially for those with hearing issues.

Not an awful presentation, but not great either. I had the idea that one had to switch modes between bluetooth headset and hearing aid, I’d have to longpress the side button or something; but just stopping any music or video should be enough, right?
